Orange Rolls

My, how my kids love these sugary rolls! I make these a lot for special holiday dinners like Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter.  They are so easy and easy to make ahead.  This is a recipe I got from my Aunt Mary Anne but I can remember my mother making it too.

Holiday Orange Rolls 

1/2 stick of butter (1/4 cup)
1/2 cup of sugar
zest of one orange

Make x shaped cuts in brown and serve rolls (or make your own). Spoon the orange sugar into the slits and bake as directed.  You may want to bake these in muffin tins but with a cookie sheet underneath to catch dripping sugar and butter from getting all over the oven.
