Holly Berry Bars

Another simple variation on the delicious Magic Cookie Bars. This one has a little dried cranberry to give it a little Christmas color.

Holly Berry Bars

½ cup butter

2 cups graham cracker crumbs

1 14 oz. Can Fat Free Eagle Brand Condensed Milk

12 ounces White Chocolate chips

1 ½ cups chopped pecans

8 oz. Dried cranberries—craisins

Preheat oven to 350oF (325oF for glass pans).  Melt butter in bottom of a 9×13 inch baking pan in the oven.  Add the graham cracker crumbs and stir to make a crust.  Sprinkle nuts, dried cranberries and white chocolate chips on top of the crust.  Drizzle with the condensed milk.  Bake for 30 minutes.  Cool and cut into bars.
