S’mores

It is a Girl Scout tradition to make S’mores when you’re camping. The name s’mores comes from always wanting “some more”.  They are a delicious combination of melted marshmallow, chocolate and graham cracker.  We’ve come up with some variations, which are truly decadent!

S’mores

Begin by toasting a marshmallow.  A truly perfect marshmallow is a golden brown all over, crispy on the outside and totally melted on the inside.

Put the marshmallow on a graham cracker..or use any other type of cookie like a ‘nilla wafer, oreo, chocolate chip cookie, peanut butter cookie.  Real Girl Scout cookies are an excellent choice!

You can now top it with a piece of hershey’s chocolate ..or a mint chocolate patty, a chocolate caramel candy, a reeses peanut butter cup, or crunch bar.

Now top it with another cookie..if you want you can spread the cookie (or graham cracker) with peanut butter or hot fudge sauce, caramel sauce or nutella.

Let the chocolate melt for a minute or so and then eat the whole, gooey mess!  Yum!
